Last Chapter Book Club Workshop

All too often, people with developmental disabilities (DD) are thought incapable of or interested in reading and other lifelong learning pursuits. People with DD are frequently socially isolated and, while they may live in the community, they are rarely included as a part of it. Next Chapter Book Club (NCBC) addresses these disparities by offering regular and authentic opportunities to read and learn, socialize with friends and be part of the community.  The basic premise of NCBC is that anyone can participate in a book club, regardless of their reading level.

Attend this workshop and learn all about this incredible program! This workshop is hosted by MELSA.
